Meet Audrey Mischa
Counseling and Coaching
Hi! I'm Audrey. have committed my life work to understanding our human behaviors and the mind. Why we do the things we do, what makes up tick, and how we are able to use resilience to get us though the darkness we can find ourselves in throughout this journey.
I enjoy diving into the darkest spaces of our mind, hearts and souls that are ready to become free. I believe that through our own introspection, deep work, and with the help of a professional we can unlock a world of opportunities and see how operating at our full potential feels like.
I help individuals in rewriting the brain through conscious-inducing body, brain, heart exercises in my acceptance commitment therapy and coaching sessions. In accepting the shadow self, we can start to see how our thoughts and emotions influence our behavior. When we become aware of this, we can take control and become empowered to live life more deliberately, congruently, and consciously. And start to show up as our authentic self.
Love and Light,
Audrey Mischa

The Healthy Living Workshop
Exercising regularly and eating a well rounded healthy diet is one of the easiest and most effective ways to reduce the symptoms of ADHD and improve concentration, motivation, memory, and mood.
Physical activity and a nutrition diet immediately boosts the brain’s dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin levels—all of which affect focus and attention. In this way, exercise works in much the same way as ADHD medications such as Ritalin and Adderall.
Evidence suggests that by really focusing on your body and how it feels as you exercise, you can actually help your nervous system become “unstuck” and begin to move out of the immobilization stress response that characterizes PTSD or trauma.
